Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SolimacAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI video generation service, including the SolimacAI mobile apps available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Depending on platform and app version, SolimacAI may offer digital credit purchases through platform-specific purchase flows. For iOS App Store builds, digital credit purchases may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address or phone number (for authentication)
  • First name and last name (required, used to create your display name)
  • Authentication provider (email, phone, and any optional sign-in providers we enable)
  • Preferred language and locale

1.2 Payment Information

Depending on platform and app version, SolimacAI may allow users to purchase digital credits through platform-specific purchase flows. For iOS App Store builds that support Apple In-App Purchase (“Apple IAP”), Apple processes the billing transaction.

When you make an Apple IAP purchase, we may receive and store limited purchase-supporting information, such as the purchased product or package, Apple transaction identifiers, original transaction identifiers, purchase timestamp, storefront, currency and price metadata received from Apple, an app-specific account-linking token, and verification, refund, revocation, or dispute-related status. We use this information to verify purchases, grant credits, prevent fraud or duplicate grants, reconcile balances and ledgers, support purchase-related customer service, and satisfy accounting, security, audit, tax, and legal obligations.

We do NOT collect or store your full payment card or bank details for Apple IAP. Apple maintains its own billing and purchase-history records under its own policies. Other platforms may use different checkout or payment providers.

1.3 Content You Provide

When using our service:

  • Text prompts for video generation
  • Uploaded photos for character generation (see Section 3A for biometric data handling)
  • Generation settings (duration, resolution, style)
  • Generated videos stored in your library

1.4 Device Information

To support app functionality and improve the service:

  • Device type (iOS, Android)
  • App version
  • Operating system version

1.5 Usage Data

To improve our service:

  • Features used and interaction patterns
  • Generation history and preferences
  • Timestamps of activities
  • App usage analytics (via Firebase Analytics)
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics (only if crash/performance reporting is enabled)

1.6 Identifiers

  • Firebase User ID (unique account identifier)
  • Device identifiers (platform-provided app or device identifiers, such as Identifier for Vendor on iOS)

Note: We do NOT use advertising identifiers (for example, Apple’s IDFA), and we do NOT track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

3.1 How AI Generation Works

When you create a video:

  1. Your text prompt is refined by Google Gemini (prompt optimization), and your prompt, optional photos, and selected generation settings (such as duration, resolution, style, and dialect preference) are sent to Google VEO 3.1 (video generation)
  2. The AI processes your inputs to generate a video
  3. The video is returned to your account

3.2 Important AI Privacy Points

Under our current API configuration, your content is NOT used to train AI models.

  • Your prompts, photos, and selected generation settings are processed solely to generate your requested videos
  • We access AI services through business/API tiers that, per provider terms, do not use customer inputs for model training
  • Google Gemini: Used for prompt optimization. Subject to Google Cloud Data Processing Terms
  • Google VEO 3.1: Used for video generation. Subject to Google Cloud Data Processing Terms
  • Other Providers: We will only integrate providers offering equivalent data protection commitments
  • Generated videos are stored in your account and are not shared publicly by default
  • The Explore tab displays curated/admin-managed content selected by SolimacAI (not an open user-to-user social feed)
  • In-app consent: The app obtains your explicit consent before sending any data to AI services for the first time. You may review data handling details at any time via the in-app Privacy Policy link
  • Policy updates: If any provider changes their data handling practices, or if we change our configuration, we will update this policy and notify you before any such change takes effect

3A. Biometric and Sensitive Data

3A.1 Face Photographs

When you upload photos for character-based video generation, these may contain biometric identifiers (facial geometry). We handle this data with additional care:

3A.2 Purpose Limitation

  • Face photos are used exclusively for generating AI videos with character resemblance
  • We do NOT use face data for identity verification, facial recognition, or matching against other databases
  • We do NOT create biometric templates or facial embeddings for any purpose other than video generation

3A.3 Retention and Deletion

3A.4 Your Control

  • Face photos are transmitted for AI processing and are not retained by SolimacAI after processing completes
  • Generated videos, which may contain AI-rendered likenesses, are stored until deleted by the user
  • Upon account deletion, retained account data and generated content are scheduled for deletion within 30 days
  • To request immediate deletion of any biometric-related data, contact admin@solimacai.com with subject line “Biometric Data Deletion Request”

3A.5 Third-Party Processing

Face photos are transmitted to AI providers (Google) solely for video generation. Google processes this data under its applicable Cloud Data Processing Terms: https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum.


4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following service providers:

Each provider operates under their own privacy policies and maintains appropriate security standards. We require that all third-party service providers with whom we share user data maintain data protections consistent with or equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in Cloud infrastructure with servers primarily located in secure Google Cloud data centers.

5.2 Security Measures

  • Encryption at rest for stored data
  • Secure authentication via Firebase Auth
  • Access controls to protect your data

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing account access.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

7.1 Access Your Data

View your account information, generation history, stored videos, and supported purchase-related account records through the app or by contacting us.

7.2 Correct Your Data

Update your profile information at any time in Settings.

7.3 Delete Your Data

  • Delete individual generated videos from your library
  • Delete your entire account and associated data (available in-app under Settings → Delete Account)

Deletion of your account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of certain purchase, ledger, security, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, or legal-compliance records that we are required or reasonably permitted to retain.

7.4 Download Your Content

Export and download your generated videos at any time.

7.5 Opt-Out of Communications

We do not currently send marketing or promotional communications. If we introduce marketing communications in the future, you will be able to opt out via in-app settings or your device notification settings. Essential service updates may still be sent where necessary.

7A. Regional Privacy Rights

7A.1 United States Residents

California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (CDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other US states with privacy laws:

8. Children’s Privacy

SolimacAI is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the applicable digital consent age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain EU member states). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at admin@solimacai.com and we will delete the information promptly.


9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence, including countries where Google Cloud, Apple, and Google operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.


10. Tracking

Our mobile apps use local storage and Firebase Analytics to support app functionality and improve user experience. We do NOT use cookies in the mobile apps or third-party tracking SDKs. We do NOT participate in cross-app tracking.


11. Mobile App Store Disclosures

11.1 Cross-App Tracking

SolimacAI does NOT track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. We do NOT use third-party advertising tracking technologies. On iOS, we therefore do NOT request the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

11.2 Payments and In-App Purchases

For iOS App Store builds, SolimacAI may offer Apple In-App Purchase for digital credit packs. When you initiate an iOS in-app purchase, Apple processes the billing transaction through the App Store.

For Apple IAP, SolimacAI does NOT receive or store your full payment card or bank details. We do receive and store limited purchase-supporting records, such as the product or package purchased, Apple transaction identifiers, purchase timestamps, storefront, currency and price metadata received from Apple, app-specific purchase-linking tokens, and verification, refund, revocation, or dispute-related status.

We use these records to verify purchases, grant credits, prevent duplicate grants or fraud, reconcile balances and ledgers, support refunds or disputes, and satisfy accounting, security, audit, tax, and legal obligations. Android, web, and other platforms may use different payment or checkout flows.

Digital credits purchased through Apple In-App Purchase do not expire.

11.3 Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, we schedule removal of your account data (such as account information and generated videos) within 30 days, in compliance with applicable platform requirements, including Apple’s account deletion requirements where applicable. Some records, such as credit balance records, Apple IAP transaction verification records, refund or revocation records, and other security, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, or legal-compliance records, may be retained longer where required by law or reasonably necessary, as described in Section 6.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email (if provided)
  • Updated “Last Updated” date

For material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will provide at least 15 days advance notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
